Nordic Holdings Limited ("Nordic") was first founded in Singapore by Mr. Morten Innhaug, our Executive Chairman in 1999 as Nordic Maritime Pte Ltd to engage in the business of ship management. With more than 28 years in the marine industry and more than 12 years of experience and expertise in the management of seismic vessels, Mr Innhaug, together with his team, secured Nordic’s first two ship management contracts with DMNG Sakhalin Geophysical Company (“DMNG”) and TGS-NOPEC Geophysical Company ASA in 1999. DMNG has since become one of our main clients, giving their support to Nordic throughout the Asian Crisis in the late 90’s.

Nordic has expanded from management services into ship ownership and complete project management including building and supervision of specialized offshore vessels. In 2006, Nordic secured its first shipbuilding project with a market value of US$350 million
