  • 22 July, Nordic Maritime Pte Ltd was incorporated.
  • Secured two ship management contracts to manage 2 seismic vessels.

2000

  • Secured management contract from DMNG for M/V Zephyr I.

2001 - 2004

  • Secured management contract from DMNG for M/V Demitry Nalifkin.

2005

  • 14 Oct, acquired first survey/utility vessel, the M/V Emma.

2006

  • 17 Jan, acquired second survey/utility vessel, the M/V Viking Vanguard.
  • Brokered a shipbuilding transaction between Tebma Shipyard Ltd - India and 2 Norweigian shipowners, Active Subsea ASA and DOF ASA, valued at approximately US$350 million. Nordic secured contract for the project management and building supervision for building 8 of these MPSV offshore vessels.
  • Conversion of Hydrographic vessel - MV Akademik Fersman into 2D seismic research Vessel at JSML, Singapore.

2007

  • 5 Jan, signed a new build contract with Temba Shipyard, India for DPII MPSV vessel - VS 470 mkII with a market value of USD 30 Million.
  • 11 Jan, charter party signed with BGP Geoexplorer Pte Ltd to charter a 2D seismic research vessel, M/V BGP Atlas, of value US$40.5 million.
  • 15 Mar, started conversion of the fishing trawler - MV Atlas into a 2D - Seismic Research vessel at Skipapol Shipyard, Poland.
  • 15 Aug, BGP Atlas was chartered to BGP for the fulfilment of the 3-year CP contract.
  • 10 Nov, secured CP contract with SMOE for the marine spread of the derrick barge M/V Hoang Sa for commissioning of a rig in Gulf of Thailand.
  • 24 Dec, secured 1 year bare boat contract for M/V Swissco Sapphire.
  • 24 Dec, secured 6-months CP contract for M/V Swissco Sapphire with Global Ind.
  • Entered joint venture agreement with Sinwa Limited and Ezion Holding Limited.

2008

  • 3 Jan, Contract Signed with Sanmar shipping for the Conversion of MR tanker to Handymax double Hull bulk carrier conversion – MT Sanmar symphony. Nordic involves in feasibility study, yard selection, design ,procurement and site supervision and complete project management.
  • 12 Jan, secured 1 year bare boat contract for M/V Swissco Supplier.
  • 12 Jan, secured 6-months CP contract for M/V Swissco Supplier with Global Ind.
  • 13 Jan, secured sale contract with PVEP value of US$30 million for a 2D seismic survey vessel.
  • 3 Mar, signed a new building contract with NGV Shipyard - Malaysia for a DP II accommodation / construction barge.
  • 11 Apr, signed a second building contract with NGV Shipyard - Malaysia for a DP II accommodation / construction barge.
  • 2 May, conversion of fishing trawler - MV Pavlovsk into a 2D seismic research vessel at
    Cochin Shipyard, India.
  • 9 June, signed Sale Contract of ‘NORDIC CONSTRUCTOR II’, 300-men DP2 Accommodation Barge with B+H Management Ltd/Straits Offshore Ltd.
  • 27 June, signed two shipbuilding contracts with NGV Shipyard - Malaysia for 2 units of 400-men, DP2 Accommodation/construction barge, with a modified ship-shaped design.
  • 4 Sep, entered another shipbuilding contract with NGV Tech – Malaysia for one 34m Crew Boat, 60 passengers.

2009

  • 13 Mar, Delivered M.V. “BINH MINH 02” - 2D Seismic Survey Vessel - to PVEP, and Awarded 1-year Operations and Management Contract on behalf of PTSC Marine
  • 29 Apr, Brokered and Supervised by Nordic Maritime, M.V. “TRICO SABRE” Successfully Delivered to Trico Marine Services Inc
